The proposed request

Suggested wording for the action requested on the approved cover page and each signature page:

We, the undersigned residents of Queensland, request that City of Moreton Bay inspect the pedestrian route along the service road on the western side of Morayfield Road, between the Morayfield Community Hall access roundabout and the Morayfield Supercentre entrance beside the car yard; assess the reported hazards and appropriate immediate measures; confirm responsibility for the corridor; and investigate a continuous accessible pedestrian connection, proposed as Sienna Walkway, including boardwalk or bridge sections where appropriate. We ask council to advise the principal petitioner of the assessment outcome and opportunities for design and funding consideration.

About this page
This is an independent community proposal page, not a council submission portal. It does not collect electronic signatures. Council states that petitions from other online platforms are not accepted as formal petitions. The approved form includes a notice about publication of the cover page; read it before completing your details. No petition has been represented here as lodged or approved.

Requirements checked against council’s published guidance on 27 October 2026. An eligible petition may be referred for investigation; it does not guarantee project funding or construction.
